February---Hyacinth Macaw

This is a pair of Hyacinth Macaws (Anodorhynchus hyacinthinus).

Hyacinth Macaws, found primarily in the tropical rainforests of South America, are listed as endangered due to habitat loss and their popularity in the exotic pet trade.
